Designed for a returning developer client, this duplex development continues an ongoing collaboration built on a shared design language and trust in process. The project reflects Ambit Curator’s signature ethos, where restraint, clarity and quiet refinement shape the overall outcome.

A soft natural palette sets a calm foundation, allowing light, proportion and materiality to lead. A north east rear aspect and a central skylight above the stair draw light deep into the home, creating a gentle sense of openness and connection across levels.

The kitchen is conceived as a sculptural anchor, defined by a curved island that softens the space. Integrated elements and a walk in pantry maintain a clean and resolved expression, reinforcing a sense of order and ease.
